REPORT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITALIAN LAW D.LGS. 30 June 2003, N. 196 REGARDING THE SAFEGUARDING OF PRIVACY
Reasons for processing data
This is to inform you that, in accordance with art. 13 of the italian Law D.Lgs. 196/2003, your personal details will be processed using computers or manually byFIN-MARK - Via Corticella 205, 40128 Bologna, Italia which is the data controller. Data is gathered and processed for the following purposes:

To comply with laws linked to civil, fiscal and accounting standards, etc.; for administrative aspects of the relationship; to fulfil contractual relationships; for technical support and information about the products and services you have purchased. B. Market research; statistics. C. Information about future business initiatives and announcements relating to new products, services and offers, both by ourselves and by affiliated companies and business partners, even by fax and automated systems, or by internet.

In accordance with Law D.Lgs. 196/2003, you are entitled to request the following from our company: 1. confirmation that we are in possession of your personal details, even if not yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of said data and where it was obtained, as well as the logic and purposes behind the processing; unless there is just cause, you may renew this request at intervals of not less than ninety days; 2. updating, correction or, if you so require, additions to the data; 3. deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of Law D.Lgs. 196/2003, including data which is not required in the records for the specified purposes or subsequent processing; 4. confirmation that the operations referred to in the two previous point have been reported, even as regards the content, to other companies to which the data was communicated.
The data protection act also gives you: 1. the right to inspect, by means of free access to the Central Data Processing Register kept by the Data Protection Commissioner, whether or not personal data of which you are the data subject is being processed; 2. the right to prevent, for legitimate reasons, all or part of the processing of your data, even pertinent to the purpose of the data collection, and to prevent all or part of the processing of personal details for the purpose of direct marketing, sending advertising or sales material, or for market research or interactive marketing communications.
